The Core Work AI website, its features, software, graphics, logos, and everything else we provide (excluding Your Content) are owned by Core Work AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Limited Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for your internal business or personal use, as intended by Core Work AI and subject to these Terms.

Things We Can't Guarantee (Limitations of Liability)

  • Limited Direct Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the use of the services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100.00, whichever is greater.

When Your Account Ends

  • Your Choice: You can stop using Core Work AI at any time. Just let us know or follow the account termination process within our platform, if available.
  • Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Core Work AI, or stop providing you with all or part of the services, at our discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
  • Data After Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may retain Your Content for a limited period in our backups, but we are not obligated to maintain or provide you with access to Your Content after termination.
